Uma is an Electronics Engineer and MBA from Bajaj, having moved through marketing and Project management roles at Hindustan Lever Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank India, ICICI Ltd and Spectrum Business Support Ltd. She set up Datafix Technologies Pvt Ltd together with Savita. A major portion in these organizations has been spent in working with Greenfield projects or during a period of transition. Mrs Savita Modak, COO & Cofounder - Savita is a National Science Talent Scholar and an Economics Graduate with MBA from IMDR Pune. Over the last 24 years, she has moved through Senior marketing and management roles at Diners Club India, Lintas Advertising, Contract Advertising, Standard Chartered Bank India where she incubated the Direct Marketing Division and oversaw the ideation and strategisation of several customer relationship programs. Mr Devdutta B Modak (aka Sunil) – Chairman & Mentor - Sunil has over 25 years of experience and most of these as a serial entrepreneur. Sunil is a Chartered Accountant and Management Graduate from IIM – Ahmedabad.
Sunil was one of the first software entrepreneurs to take the bold step of moving away from services based on sale of mantime to IP based products and solutions selling. He has, to a fault, led the market to places where it didnt
know it wanted to be. In 1993, for example, he
innovated law information dissemination on
computer networks before the world-wide-web had

As VP at Symphony Services Inc., which acquired the company that he co-founded (In-Reality Software), Madhukar scaled the Storage/Systems practice to 20 clients and 500 employees in 4 years. Previously, he was Sr. Manager at VERITAS Software (now Symantec Corp.), and prior to that he was a partner at one of India’s earliest product start-ups in CAD/Graphics space. |

Shirish Deodhar - is a serial tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of software industry experience in US and India. His two previous companies were acquired by global majors - In-Reality Software by Symphony Services Inc. and Frontier Software by VERITAS Software (now Symantec Corp.). Subsequently, as head of their Pune subsidiaries, he was instrumental in scaling revenues and growing the team size to over 700 and 500 employees respectively in 3.5 years each.
