| Data Quality Success as India-based Company Collaborates with an International Professional Association |
|
Mumbai-based Ixsight Technologies Pvt Ltd (Ixsight) became the first company in India to partner with the International Association for Information and Data Quality (IAIDQ). Together, Ixsight and IAIDQ aim to promote best practices in information quality and data governance for the India and South Asia region.
IAIDQ is the leading source of credible and unbiased best practices on how to improve information and data quality to deliver great business results. IAIDQ offers many products and services to its members, and recently reached a milestone in advancing the information and data quality profession. Earlier this year, IAIDQ launched a comprehensive certification exam (IQCP) that benchmarks knowledge of information and data quality professionals across all skill domains. This comes after many years of research and collaboration with experts from around the globe. |

| The announcement of the partnership was made on August 15th, 2011, at an event in San Francisco, USA. Here, Mr. Piyush Malik (IAIDQ Director of Partner Relations) announced that “Ixsight has become IAIDQ’s first partner in India and neighboring region, and this relationship will help expand mutual opportunities for the information quality and data governance profession. With rapid business growth in India in recent years, it is encouraging to see that data professionals in India are embracing the principles of information and data quality!” |
